[SqNOS] SqueakNOS on Dell Optiplex

Of course, we want to support Cog. That would require to adapt the makefiles
(or create newones), and then see if there are other problems (if there are,
they shouldn't be big). It doesn't seem to be a huge work, but we are just
trying to push other areas for now and we don't have much free time left).
