[UI] Upgrading the universe

Once installed via the Universe the minor updates can be loaded with
Monticello...
Just that the newer changes are, essentially, untested.

I'll do a Universe release of the latest but would like to avoid having too
many versions that are minor revisions appearing in the Universe browser.
