[UI] Fwd: Workspace backgrounds - almost there

Gang,

No offense taken :)   Basically, I am simply trying to get close to
some simple but (IMHO at least) useful eye-strain-reduction changes -
stuff that OA did (for whatever reason) a long time ago in Dolphin.

I won't hold my breath until this works, but it would be nice to be
able to do.  Basically, I want to make all of the workspaces (browser,
debugger, inspectors, etc.) have a ledger background (exact color will
be forthcoming).  Squeak has been resisting my attempts to change it. 
In doing some fiddling, I accidentally reloaded some old changes that
got pretty close, hence the picture before I messed it up.

A theme?  Not really, but that might be a nice way to package it.  Did
I miss any questions?
