Done. On SqueakSource Pinesoft-Widgets-gvc.289 has the class-side
taskbarIcon methods for windows/models not contained in the widgets package
removed. Load Pinesoft-TaskbarIcons-gvc.1 to load them (depends on
Universes, of course ;-) ).

I have not updated the dev Universe at present, since not a load problem if
Universe is installed, though probably due a new release soon.
