[V3dot10] Fixes includes

Dear Edgar,

I have not really had a chance to play with 3.10 until now, I am going 
to begin using it.

I thought that you had included a number of fixes from the 
squeak310.pbwiki.com site. But I cant find them. For example the 
split/join functionality, so I wondered whether you had only looked a 
the page http://squeak310.pbwiki.com/From39To391MantisFixes.

Have you some feedback for me on these? Some are almost trivial changes, 
I thought that they might be accepted.
