DateAndTime now was improved by a factor of 50-70 by 000474.  There are
some optimizations in 7156 which are still valid, but the most important
are already in 3.10 prior to loading 7156.

p.s. please put the latest Installer in squeak 3.10 it does not make
sense to have a version that is so old and lacks universes support.
