Edgar, you should NOT plan to put these in 3.10.   They should go in
the next release.  If we are serious about finishing 3.10, we have to
stop putting things in it.  Unless they are fixing some critical bug,
we should hold off on them.

On the other hand, there might be things we need to take out.  Keith
pointed out one with 7156fasterDayOfYear-brp.1.cs
