[V3dot10] [Ann] Package annotating change sorter

Hi all,

There is now a patch that will allow ChangeSorter to
note the package for each class or method that it
displays.

It is a good awareness tool for use by those of use
who still believe in changeset programming. 

By reporting catagory that detemines the package for
the displayed class or method you can become aware if
your change set spreads itself across packages.

This is not Ralph's ChangeSet>>packagesInfluenced
needed tool.

It does not annotate what will be effected by a class
reorganization for example. Still is was a good doable
step that will help.
