Definitely a good idea, and I think that many of the  Rio ideas would 
sit nicely on top of flow.

So we need to be looking at a process to plan this happening, i.e when 
to deprecate classes, when to have new stuff ready. Of course 3.10 is 
not planning to implement anything radically new until there is some 
more of the process in place, but we can dream cant we!
