[V3dot10] 7130 is on ftp

I do more builds, the Old Pentium II take hours but complete 7130 starting
from 7122 without any problems.
This image is on ftp now.

I warning all Windows user should use new SqueakVM-Win32-3.10.4 , as Andreas
said.

Also, images could give the same error as Damien said if you manage for
having some Undeclared.

It's some I add to process for not having surprises like Registry on
TTCFont.

Twice . One on Diego Speed up and one on Andreas enhancements.

I add note to both Mantis reports.
