[V3dot10] Going to beta ?

Folks.

At this point , I exhausted and unhappy.
The some cloudy Autumn look reflects my mood.

All what was is swiki page is on 3.10.
I harvest many old and new thing from Mantis.
What rest don't qualify IMHO.
This week end I do a last look.
And hope I put the last alpha.

Any feedback ?
