I don't made a 7110 (I could made of fresh 7105) because I waiting Ralph how
to deal with Diego and others changes what touch Multilingual.

We have few options.

1) Keep TTFChanges with some warning of issues that could happen.

2) Remade all from 3.9, as Keith wish do ,
This time we could start of 3.9, add the problematic in change set form, add
last Installer and ReleaseBuilder and complete the process
