[V3dot10] How to crash squeak 7149

I try the different combinations of attached pict and with Package Windows
from Tools flaps.
Again, all works for me.
As soon I harvest all the requested fix/ enh/ updates, etc on Mantis and
send to list (some people still don't know how to do ), I put a complete new
image.
But as still weird things, maybe not today.
