[V3dot10] Image before 0002788: Bug: Use of == for arithmetic equality problem

To all wishing have trusted image before the changes for replace all
occurrence of == (Dan fix)

I do note on Mantis.
My proposal is do the rest of updates without this, name image 3.10.1 and
warn people.

For people wishing see the complete list of changed methods, do the
following your actual 3.10, no need of download any.
