Added omnibrowser in 3.9

hi guys

I just added  omnibrowser to the script 18 that is called  
automatically by updateFrom6706.
Daniel is looking for enh to speed it up. So this is good, we are  
going in the right direction.

By the way colin you should ask romain to send you what he is doing  
with your browser
this is really good: tabs in the pane with picture, drawing.... quite  
cool.
