SqueakSource merged once again

I merged all the changes of Bert Freudenberg of the Impara version of
SqueakSource with our latest code-base. It also includes the feature
to move, copy and delete versions from repositories, something the 3.9
team was requesting to improve their development process. You might
want to try out the new version SqueakSource-lr.167 from
http://www.squeaksource.com/ss.
