[V3dot9] 7047 and release plan Gamma

Hi,

I have added a 7047 to the ftp. (Changelog is attached). The plan for  
gamma
would be this (possibly finished today):

7048:  Services
-> Load: TrueType-ar.4
-> load 0003766: Hundreds of methods have source containing LF  
characters
-> add services / call to service setup
-> Unload packages. call some fix code
-> disable multiple text undo

7049:  LineFeeds and Underscores
-> Fix Service overrides
-> fix LineFeeds
-> Fix the Underscores everywhere
-> call releasecleanup code
======================================================
7050: Go to gamma
---------------------------
-> Change version info to gamma
-> Write new source file.

That's then it.

Then there are problems with two changes:

1) Wast hat fix good:  http://bugs.impara.de/view.php?id=2513
Change for Float>>Tan: ?

2)  Problem with Lucas's fix for sorting.
Now categories are sorted with *first, this leads to MC loading  
extensions first,
making many MC packages unloadable (e.g. Pascal's ChangeBoxes)
