[V3dot9] Questions ... 3.9g-7061

I've got a question in regards to 3.9 images.  I've got a copy of the
3.9g-7061 image and it appears to be missing (at least the one I downloaded
appears to be missing) the FFI classes.  What 3.9 image should I be using?
