mac carbon vm goes to unix file names

I've made changes to SVN in the mac tree to enable the usage of unix  
files name versus HFS+ names for the carbon VM.
I've still some testing to do, and I haven't quite gotten nested  
aliases folders to work, nor tested normalized UTF-8 file names.

However it mostly works... Likely later in the week I'll make a VM  
available for beta testing.

Over the next few weeks I'll toss/redo the window logic so that when  
you compile as Universal for intel
it won't complain as much.
