[Vm-dev] Mac VM / Exupery build

Ok, well I'm building a vm with a merged
VMMaker-wbk.40.mcz
and
VMMaker-3.8b6.mcz

Likely a few more hours yet, I'll post info about a 3.8.13b2 VM on  
the squeak list as soon as I can get something to compile.
