[Vm-dev] can't get amd64 squeak install working

Hi Timmy,

did you try to run a different X prog from the shell? Does it work? Maybe 
there is an error in the environment?

Besides that I think major opcode 78 has something to do with color maps. 
So please provide the output of the prog xdpyinfo.
