Use UIManager instead of StandardFileMenu for loading and saving configuration files (for Squeak/Pharo portability). Also remember last config file used, use this as default and fix path if needed after copying image to a different platform.

Adopt #lookupMethodInDictionary: from oscog, adds an #isOopCompiledMethod: check.
