- added a common class for generating source + cmake configs (CMakeGenScripts)

- added a StackInterpreterMacOSConfig ,
 but probably it would be better to not subclass it from CogMacOSConfig, since CogMacOSConfig using 'Mac OS' platform dir, and should die eventually.
