[Vm-dev] Cog & Squeak VMMaker missing bitblt rule 41 support

I am wonder where it gone?
Because i buried down to mailing list, and see the code. But today's
VMs seems like reverted this enhancement.
So, does anybody knows where the source code and is there a changeset
which can be applied to current VMs?

Because freetype rendering without subpixel AA suck :)
