[Vm-dev] Cog issue tracker announcements to vm-dev mailing list?

How about sending mail notifications to this list, when there is an
activity on cog issue tracker?
Because it is a bit disconnected. It would be nice to receive mails if
people adding/changing stuff there,
because manually checking every issue is tedious.

googlecode says that notifications will be sent from cog at googlecode.com
