[Vm-dev] CI Cog Git Tracker not using the last version

Is it correct that the jenkins-job 

	https://ci.lille.inria.fr/pharo/view/VM-dev/job/Cog%20Git%20Tracker%20(cog-osx)/

does not load the latest ConfigurationOfCog / VMMaker?
To me this doesn't really make sense (maybe I am missing something here) since
there is as well the blessed tracker job which should work on the last blessed version

Both use the same LoadVMMaker.st script, IMO the dev version should load the last
version of ConfigurationOfVMMaker. So there should be a #dev version in 
ConfigurationOfPharoVM...
