[Vm-dev] Pharo VM not fetching the image from the ci

- ci.lille.inria.fr has been shut down since the beginning of february.
- All pharo projects are hosted on http://ci.inria.fr/pharo
- You should use http://files.pharo.org to download artifacts if they are available there

There are a set of simple ci scripts under http://files.pharo.org/script which simplify 
jenkins job definitions.
