Yep.

grep -r ioUTCMicroseconds . | grep -v .svn

...yields plenty of evidence that the code is here. Make (configure?) just
isn't seeing it for some reason, or that's how it looks. I'm kind of
scratching my head. Probably that will end in some kind of facepalm but the
jury's still out. I'm going to poke at things with sticks and see what else
tries to bite me, I guess.
