Integrating faster bitblt into iOS StackVM WAS: [Vm-dev] unit code for new faster bitblt

Hi Tim, 

As Stef said, I was on holidays. 
Well... the work of integration faster BitBlt is just started. I'm using now the "platform independent" sources, but still didn't have the time to start integrate the specific ARM ones... I will, but just in the next weeks :)
