[Vm-dev] Pharo vm hangs on startup in XP SP3

Hi Mariano. The .sources are in directory, so that is not the problem. I
have reformatted and reinstalled Windows but the crash persists. It would
be nice if someone with Windows dumps debugging experience could check.
