[Vm-dev] [Pharo-dev] vm over android

Jean-Baptiste got a new tool to play with and he is cleaning the android port to make sure that this is not a copy and hack of the default repo
but just a nice set of delta that can be applied. (just some basic engineering principles: less duplicated code = more maintainability). 
Just ask him because it should work (or if this is not it should work soon).
