[Vm-dev] CMakeVMaker and ThirdPartyLibs

Hi pharo team.



In CmakeVMMaker-Libs are classes that wrap third party library information.
One thing they contain is an url to the library's website.


Does CMake or the build.sh script use those urls to go and get the third-party lib if it is missing?


Please don't think too deeply about this if you do not know of the top of your head. I figured I would ask before digging through the scripts/source
