[Vm-dev] Switch full screen ON to OFF

Hi Gustavo, welcome to the vm-dev list!

I also found this Ubuntu bug report related to the full screen on/off
problem:

  "Resize scratch window, it doesn't update, goes black, and shrinks
  to a vertical strip in Unity-3D."
