[Vm-dev] Fast bitblt in Cog - or rather, not

Well this is embarrassing. It looks like somewhere in the integration of the fast bitblt ARM stuff the basic init didn’t get moved across from the plain interp code base. I’m trying to work out how that happened and also why it has never caused fatal errors...
