[Vm-dev] cleaning LLP64 git branches

The historical LLP64 and LLP64-v2 on
https://github.com/OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm/branches have been
integrated back in Cog branch for some time now (by way of cherry-picking).
They won't be merged (they can't because of generated VMMaker code).

They served for building a win64 artifact in 2016. But this artifact is
obsolete IMO.

Does anybody mind if I delete them?
