[Vm-dev] build.win32x86/pharo.stack.spur ?

Hi Ben,

  if it's missing feel free to add it.  It as a tiny overhead if not used.
Surely no one would object.  But if you do add it please add it in all
build.XXX subdirectories, not just build.win32x86
