[Vm-dev] Squeak 5.2 + cutting-edge VM full-screen button leads to no more event handling...?

Hi Tim,

    can you report this as an issue on open smalltalk-vm?  I shall try and
reproduce this tomorrow.  It could indeed be a new bug.  I'll report back
tomorrow.
