[Vm-dev] Still Failing: OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm#1839 (Cog - a2f6e9e)

Hi Tobias,
yet I expect it to be an expected failure (red cross X) rather than
unexpected failure (red exclamation mark !).
Earlier, I add to manually restart a staled build (marked !), so that may
explain...
But that was long ago (one of the 2nd stage minheadless builds) - and
before the stage failed, so I thought Travis would have recovered!
