[Vm-dev] Xcode 11 32-bit builds

Hi All,

    I know that Xcode 12 will not build all of the 32-bit Mac VM; the
SoundPlugin fails to compile.  I've updated the Makefiles to emit a
warning.  I have Xcode 10 & Xcode 12, but I haven't tested Xcode 11.  Can
anyone tell me if Xcode 11 does build the 32-bit VMs successfully or not?
And if not, what's the first failure.
