[Vm-dev] [ANN] Migrating the opensmalltalk-vm repo from travis-ci.org to travis-ci.com

Hi all,

Travis CI wants all its open-source users to migrate their repositories
from travis-ci.org to travis-ci.com (see [1]). A reason for this is that
they want to sunset their .org instance and manage both open-source
projects and private projects on the .com instance. Note that Travis CI
also recently announced a new pricing model [2].

I've flipped the switch, so now the builds are happening at:
https://travis-ci.com/OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm
