[Vm-dev] 64-bit ARMv8 Cog simulation (was "VM Maker: VMMaker.oscog-eem.3034.mcz")

HI,

Sorry, I've never tried.  I've always just run it on real hardware.

Are there clear instructions to follow to do this?  If so I'll give
it a shot.
