[Vm-dev] [OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm] vm-display-fbdev fixes to integrate (PR #606)

No idea.
Unpacked old tar for the 3 files after deleting superannuated fork and re-forking.
Tests ran OK on aarch64 linux systems.
Did not note flag/fidef inversion until after submit.
Something to do with flag/testing?  Not a C/makefike guy.  No predisposition.  Do what is best here.
