[Vm-dev] How does scheduling happen?

I’m looking at implementing a new Eventually sending Scheduler, where each send is activated on a different green Process. Where does context switching happen? It is the Process which would suspend itself, then magically the next priority process gets resumed from some pool in the scheduler. Is it so? Which Way is Which What?
