[Webteam] Mantis projects for www.squeak.org and Squeak 3.8

Hello,

Michael and I added two Projects on the mantis, and afterwards I  
remembered that I should
have asked you both groups before doing that... sorry. We can of  
course delete them if
you don't like it.

1) Squeak 3.8
Bugs do get fixed in 3.9, but it's impossible to let the bugs then  
open in Mantis for beeing
then maybe fixed in 3.8, too (or not).
Thus there is now a dedicated Project, where all bugs will be moved  
that are 3.8 only, and
where those reports can be copied to that are fixed in 3.9 but would  
make sense to be
fixed in 3.8, too.

2) squeak.org
We had a category www.squeak.org for that... but somehow I felt that  
this deserves it's
own project. We have over 300 items on mantis for 'Squeak', and it  
gets kind
of unmanagable if we don't subdevide, I fear.

What do you think?
