[Webteam] Encoding Problem?

I've been updating the Team list

today as we make changes within the SqueakFoundation Board.  I'm having
a problem though.  In the editting form I paste in Stef's name:

Stéphane

and on saving I get

StÈphane

I then edit the page again (editting a different section) and on saving
I end up with

St»phane

and then once more

Stªphane

Help!  I'm stuck in a chain of bad encodings or something.
