[Webteam] Squeak Website: change for CD/DVD price

Hi,

SwiftCD lowered the price a lot... we can actually sell the CD/DVD  
for around half now.

Two pages need two changes each (in the text *and* in the html of the  
paypal button):

5.49 instead of 9.95
