[Webteam] Documentation page and the test site

I was given an account to the squeak.org website in order to
maintain the http://squeak.org/Documentation/ page. I also
recently used my account to link to the Mailing list page on the
Swiki, which I recently re-vamped
(http://wiki.squeak.org/squeak/608). But I also see there is a
http://wwwtest.squeak.org site. Should I be making changes there
and letting the webteam port them over? I am not familiar with
the policy.
