[Webteam] Moving Board page from Foundation to Community?

Hi,

I noticed that finding a Board page is not very easy because you must be 
aware that it is part of Squeak Foundation and I doubt a lot of 
Squeakers know that. But the board is very important body of community, 
so it is more natural to be on Community page. Something like that:

Community
   How To
   Organization
   *Board*
   Teams
   Squeakers DVS

On foundation page there will stay the link to the Board of course.
