[Webteam] Suggestion for Squeak Website

Hello Stefan,

The link on http://squeak.org/Download/ points to
http://www.is.titech.ac.jp/~ohshima/squeak/WinCE/ which I can open and
also download from the links there. This site is probably owned by
Joshiki Oshima and myybe he had a problem just yesterday.

Anyway, thanks for reporting the problem
