Hi, there.

I really takes a long time to do anything serious through squeaksource.com and source.squeak.org today. Once the download starts, it's fine. But before that, it's really (!) slow. -.-"

I noticed the same when downloading a file from files.squeak.org
yesterday.  It appeared as if the server was being throttled..
